Depending on when an order was placed, an item in stock will ship in 24-72 hours. Items out of stock may take up to a week to restock depending on when the manufcaturer delivers the item to us. If an item will not be shipped in at least seven days, we will get in touch with the customer. Although typical shipment times are one to four days, they will vary depending on where the customer is located. Shipping charges should have been calculated previously, but in some cases the charge could have been miscalculated or not calculated at all. In this case, we reserve the right to adjust the charges upon contact with the customer. Please note that initial charges are based upon weight, distance, and class of service requested.
* Though we strive to get same day orders out on time, please note that the order must arrive on time for processing. In any type of option delivery, such as next day, 2 day, etc., please understand that the options are promised from the time of shipping, not from the time of the order. Also, if an order does not come in complete, please wait one or two days before contacting us. Parts may have been shipped from a separate location, causing a change in delivery times.
Upon delivery, our products may require the signature of an adult. If under 18 years of age, please have a parent or guardian purchase and sign for the delivery of your item. We only sell to those over the age of 18. We will also only ship the items to the correct address listed with your credit card company. Giving a different address from that of the one on your credit card could lead to the postponement or cancellation of your order. We urge customers to check in with their credit card companies to see which address is listed on your account. We do not ship to PO Boxes or outside of the U.S.
We encourage customers to inspect purchased items upon arrival. If there is any damage to the products, please contact your freight company immediately.
Only items that are unused and in new condition can be returned. All returns must be made within 15 days from the date on the original invoice, and must include the original invoice with the product. Any item is subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the sender, and shipping charges will be covered only if there is a mistake on our part.
Paintballs are nonrefundable under any circumstance
We check each bag of paintballs before shipping to the customer to guarantee that there is no damage. Though we package paintballs securely, handling and climate conditions can cause damage. We are not accountable for any damage that occurs. We advise customers to open packages before the shipping company driver departs. If anything is damaged, we reccomend customers to contact the freight company immediately to file a claim, and to make sure the driver has made an official note of the damage.
Correct Return Procedure
The original invoice must accompany any product that is being returned. If returning a package, it is the customer's responsibility to properly package the item for shipping. Please return the item in the same way it was delivered to you. Shipping insurance is also the customer's responsibility.
All products have some type of manufacturer's warranty. Woodsball and Paintball Supply does not offer any type of warranty. All warranty repairs must be done with the manufacturer. If the product you purchased needs repair, please call the manufacturer directly.
